The Mediterranean is the deep, blue heart that gives life to the countries that surround her. To speak of Mediterranean cooking, to make one language describe the couscous and dried fruit of Morroco, Greek Octopus, Italian Prosciuttos, French Nicoise, Pissaladierres and Catalan Seafood Stew - may seem a fools errand. However, Selby and Clarissa, co-founders of The Great Food Company bring a wealth of knowledge from eight years of travelling and living around the playground of ancient civilizations. This has inspired a fusion of the warmth of Mediterranean and contemporary European food.

Cooking with these foods & filling the air with their aromas just makes you believe the sun’s on your back.”
